B2B Wholesale and Development Terms<\/h3>\n            <p>Fursone Textile operates primarily as a B2B womenswear fashion fabric supplier and fabric development partner. The following terms apply to orders placed with us:<\/p>\n            <ul>\n                <li><strong>MOQ (Mindestbestellmenge):<\/strong> Ready-stock items ship from 1 roll (approximately 20\u201350 meters). Custom developments start at 300 meters per colour or per design.<\/li>\n                <li><strong>Muster:<\/strong> Custom programmes use a 50\u2013100 meter production-run sample on the same process as future bulk, rather than approving bulk from an A4 swatch alone. Sample-card shipping costs are borne by the receiver unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n                <li><strong>Produktionsvorlaufzeiten:<\/strong> Ready stock dispatches in 3\u20137 days after confirmation and 100% T\/T. Custom sampling takes 7\u201315 days. Standard bulk production is 25\u201335 days (15\u201320 days rush, subject to yarn and capacity), and re-orders 25\u201330 days.<\/li>\n                <li><strong>Qualit\u00e4tstoleranzen:<\/strong> Minor variations in color and weight (about +\/- 5%) are standard in fancy-yarn tweed production and are not grounds for rejection. Composition percentages may vary slightly between batches; visual effect and hand feel are kept consistent within the same recipe.<\/li>\n            <\/ul>\n            <h3>4. Zahlung und Versand<\/h3>\n            <p>Small-B orders are 100% T\/T. Larger orders may be negotiated as 30% T\/T plus 70% letter of credit or another combination. Default delivery is FOB Shanghai or Ningbo; nominated warehouses, FBA and door-to-door DDP\/DDU can be arranged. Shipping terms will be clearly stated in your proforma invoice. The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier under the agreed incoterms.<\/p>\n            <h3>5.
