Scoring happens twice: once at qualification, before the first bulk order, and once after each season, using real order data instead of sales claims. The qualification pass uses the evidence column above and takes a sourcing intern a day per supplier. The seasonal pass re-scores only three dimensions with fresh data, quality consistency, lead time reliability and problem handling, because the other five rarely change between seasons.
