Frequently Asked Questions

Get to Know Us Better

Is Fursone a factory or a trading company?

Fursone is a manufacturer. We own our knitting and weaving facilities and control the entire production process. This allows us to offer factory-direct pricing and ensure strict quality control.

Do you work with small brands?

Yes. While our core business is wholesale, we support emerging designer brands through our 100-meter in-stock program and low-MOQ custom development services.

What certifications do you have?

We are committed to sustainable manufacturing. Our facilities are ISO 9001 certified, and we offer GRS (Global Recycled Standard) and Oeko-Tex certified fabrics upon request.

What is your minimum order quantity?

For in-stock fabrics, we offer a flexible 100-meter minimum. For custom development, MOQs vary from 300-500 meters depending on complexity. We're happy to discuss your specific requirements.

Do you provide fabric samples?

Absolutely. We provide free A4 fabric samples for your evaluation. For custom developments, we offer sampling services with detailed lab dips and test reports.

How do you ensure quality consistency?

We implement a 4-stage quality control process: raw material inspection, in-process QC, finished fabric testing, and pre-shipment verification. Every batch is tested for pilling, shrinkage, and color fastness.
