Tweed Fabric Supplier in China: Low-MOQ Fabric for Designers & Small Brands
Fursone is a womenswear fashion fabric supplier and development partner built for independent designers and small brands. Big mills need 1000m+ to take an order — we develop from as little as 300m per colour, with colour confirmed by lab dip and a 50–100m production-run sample. Source signature Chanel-style tweeds, woolen overcoats and sweater knits from ready stock (dispatch in 3–7 days) or custom programmes sampled in 7–15 days.
Who Is the Right Tweed Fabric Supplier in China for Small Brands?
Ready Stock From One Roll
Stock qualities ship from a single roll (approx. 20–50m), so you can test a colour before you commit. Dispatch is 3–7 days once styles and quantities are confirmed and 100% T/T is received. Each roll includes a full TDS (GSM, composition, pilling grade). Browse ready stock →
300m/Colour Custom MOQ
Custom fancy-yarn tweeds start at 300m per colour or per design — enough to build a full sample collection and test the market while keeping cost and risk under control. Re-order similarity runs at around 95%. Custom manufacturing →
50–100m Production-Run Sampling
We do not ask you to approve bulk from an A4 swatch. We weave a 50–100m sample run on the same process as your future bulk, in 7–15 days, so you can feel the real weight and hand, cut full garments and check fit before production.
Development Built Around Your Brief
We specialise in developing multi-colour blends, slub yarns, textured effects and stripe effects to the customer's development brief, and manage yarn sourcing, production process and quality follow-up so the development result matches the bulk requirement.

How Does Fursone Control Fabric Quality?
Custom Yarn Development
Development starts at the fibre level. We specialise in multi-colour blends, bouclé, slub, textured and stripe-effect yarns — the yarns that define Chanel-style tweed — and we manage yarn sourcing against your target GSM, hand feel and price point. Yarn can be supplied by your own source or arranged by Fursone to the development brief.
- Fancy Bouclé & Slub Yarns
- Multi-colour Blends & Stripe Effects
- Metallic & Lurex Integration
Lab-Tested Quality
Every batch is validated against recognised ISO test methods, with an inspection report per lot and a composition test report for every batch. Product testing and sustainability certification can be arranged to your requirement and to the standards of your market on a project basis; cost and lead time are confirmed case by case. Because tweed uses multi-colour, multi-fibre fancy yarns, the exact composition percentage cannot be identical in every batch. What we commit to is a consistent visual effect and hand feel within the same recipe, with a composition test report supplied for each batch.
- Pilling ≥3–4 grade — ISO 12945-2
- Colourfastness ≥3–4 grade — ISO 105-C06
- Shrinkage ≤3–5% — ISO 6330
- Batch composition variation ≤±2% — AATCC 20
Managed Bulk Production
Scalability without losing control. Bulk runs 25–35 days (15–20 days rush, subject to yarn and capacity being coordinated in advance), re-orders 25–30 days, with re-order similarity of around 95% — the stable supply garment factories need for repeat production.
- Weaving, Dyeing and Finishing Under Fursone Supervision
- Flexible MOQ From 300m per Colour
- Bulk 25–35 Days / Re-order 25–30 Days

Frequently Asked Questions
Fursone is a professional womenswear fashion fabric supplier and fabric development partner. We source raw materials directly in China and produce through selected specialist partner mills, with our own team managing yarn, weaving, dyeing and finishing, final inspection, packing and shipping. We serve designer brands, garment factories and wholesalers with ready stock from a single roll, custom development from 300m per colour, and fancy-yarn textures comparable to European mills.
Custom tweed starts at 300 metres per colour or per design. That is enough to build a complete sample collection and test the market while keeping cost and risk under control — we treat small orders as the start of a long-term relationship, not an exception. For lower-risk testing, ready-stock qualities ship from a single roll of approximately 20–50 metres. Re-production of a discontinued quality normally starts at 500 metres.
Sampling takes 7–15 days. Rather than an A4 swatch, we weave a 50–100 metre production-run sample on exactly the same process as your future bulk, so you can judge real weight, hand feel and loft, cut full garments and check fit before you commit. Bulk production then runs 25–35 days, or 15–20 days for rush orders.
Fursone develops comparable bouclé and fancy-yarn structures at China sourcing cost, without the MOQ and lead time of a European luxury mill. Pricing is quoted per quality against your target GSM, composition and volume — send us a reference and we will come back with a costed development plan.
Fursone tests to recognised methods: pilling ≥3–4 grade (ISO 12945-2), colourfastness to washing, rubbing and perspiration ≥3–4 grade (ISO 105-C06), shrinkage ≤3–5% (ISO 6330) and batch composition variation ≤±2% (AATCC 20). Every batch ships with a composition test report. Additional product testing or sustainability certification can be arranged to your requirement and your market's standards on a project basis, with cost and lead time confirmed case by case.
Yes. Our main market is the USA, with Europe focused on France and Italy. We ship FOB Shanghai or Ningbo by default and also support nominated warehouses, FBA and door-to-door DDP/DDU. We handle export documentation and logistics, and provide a technical data sheet with every stock item.
Standard bulk production takes 25–35 days after sample approval; rush orders run 15–20 days, subject to yarn and capacity being coordinated in advance; re-orders run 25–30 days. Ready-stock items dispatch in 3–7 days once styles and quantities are confirmed and 100% T/T is received. Lead time depends on yarn availability and order volume, so confirm timing at quotation.
Yes. Custom programmes follow the recorded recipe for that buyer; re-order similarity around 95%. A digital recipe archive per customer keeps repeat production stable across seasons.
