Quality Standards & Production Capacity
From our Longgang, Wenzhou base we run 300+ looms under one vertically integrated roof and test every batch against methods published by the International Organization for Standardization - including ISO 12945-2 (pilling), ISO 105-C06 (color fastness) and ISO 6330 (shrinkage).
OEKO-TEX (Coordinated)
We coordinate OEKO-TEX Standard 100 third-party testing on request, letting brands verify human-ecological safety for their specific order.
GRS (On Request)
For orders of 1,000m+ with brand compliance needs, we coordinate Global Recycled Standard certification and traceable recycled blends.
ISO Test Standards
Batch testing follows ISO 12945-2 (pilling ≥3-4), ISO 105-C06 (color fastness) and ISO 6330 (shrinkage ≤±3-5%), plus AATCC 20 composition checks.
A Design-First Manufacturing Process
Unlike volume-only mills, Fursone is design-first: we engineer our own fancy yarns on 300+ looms in Wenzhou, because the soul of a fabric is in its yarn. See how that translates into our custom manufacturing service.
In-House Yarn R&D
We engineer our own bouclé, slub, and feather yarns to create unique textures that standard mills can't replicate.
Affordable Luxury
We build Linton-style fancy-yarn tweeds at roughly 1/5 to 1/3 of the European price - couture look, B2B margin.

Every batch is checked to ISO 12945-2 (pilling ≥3-4) and ISO 6330 (shrinkage ≤±3-5%), holding 95%+ re-order consistency - see our sourcing FAQ.

Frequently Asked Questions
Get to Know Us Better
Is Fursone a factory or a trading company?
A vertically integrated manufacturer, not a middleman. We run 300+ looms in Longgang, Wenzhou and control the process from specialty yarn R&D to finished fabric, reinforced by a family joint-inventory model. That means factory-direct pricing, 95%+ re-order consistency and full batch traceability - see our custom manufacturing capability.
Do you work with small brands?
Yes - small-B buyers are our specialty: designer brands, garment factories and wholesalers. Ready-stock fabrics ship from 100 meters (about one roll) with no custom minimum, and 85% of those orders leave within 72 hours. Custom development starts at 1,000 meters per color. Browse the ready-stock program.
What certifications do you have?
We test every batch to international methods - ISO 12945-2 (pilling ≥3-4), ISO 105-C06 (color fastness), ISO 6330 (shrinkage) and AATCC 20 (composition), published by ISO. OEKO-TEX, GRS and SGS third-party certification can be coordinated on request; GRS suits orders of 1,000m+ with brand compliance needs.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Ready-stock: 100 meters minimum (roughly one roll), with 85% of orders dispatched within 72 hours. Custom: 1,000 meters per color. That threshold exists because specialty yarns like bouclé tweed and slub need minimum dyeing and spinning runs to keep pattern and color stable across bulk production.
Do you provide fabric samples?
Yes - free A4 fabric samples for evaluation. Before any bulk run we recommend a 50-meter sample roll so you can verify hand-feel, texture and drape on your garment. Custom hand-loom sampling takes 7-10 days; bulk production runs 25-35 days after approval (15-20 days rush). Request samples.
How do you ensure quality consistency?
A four-stage QC process: raw-material inspection, in-process monitoring, finished-fabric testing and pre-shipment verification. Every batch is checked for pilling (ISO 12945-2), shrinkage (ISO 6330) and color fastness (ISO 105-C06), and our recipe archive holds 95%+ re-order consistency. Each roll ships with a tech data sheet - see our services.
