Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Fursone Textile (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the fursone.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and our textile designs, patterns, and custom jacquard developments are our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

3. B2B Wholesale and Development Terms

Fursone Textile operates primarily as a B2B womenswear fashion fabric supplier and fabric development partner. The following terms apply to orders placed with us:

• MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): Ready-stock items ship from 1 roll (approximately 20–50 meters). Custom developments start at 300 meters per colour or per design.
• Sampling: Custom programmes use a 50–100 meter production-run sample on the same process as future bulk, rather than approving bulk from an A4 swatch alone. Sample-card shipping costs are borne by the receiver unless otherwise agreed.
• Production Lead Times: Ready stock dispatches in 3–7 days after confirmation and 100% T/T. Custom sampling takes 7–15 days. Standard bulk production is 25–35 days (15–20 days rush, subject to yarn and capacity), and re-orders 25–30 days.
• Quality Tolerances: Minor variations in color and weight (about +/- 5%) are standard in fancy-yarn tweed production and are not grounds for rejection. Composition percentages may vary slightly between batches; visual effect and hand feel are kept consistent within the same recipe.

4. Payment and Shipping

Small-B orders are 100% T/T. Larger orders may be negotiated as 30% T/T plus 70% letter of credit or another combination. Default delivery is FOB Shanghai or Ningbo; nominated warehouses, FBA and door-to-door DDP/DDU can be arranged. Shipping terms will be clearly stated in your proforma invoice. The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier under the agreed incoterms.

5. Return and Claim Policy

Claims for fabric defects or shortages must be made in writing within 15 days of receipt of the goods. We will not accept returns or claims after the fabric has been cut, dyed, or altered in any way by the buyer. Approved claims will be compensated via replacement fabric or credit note.

6. Modifications to the Site and Prices

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify prices for our fabrics and manufacturing services without prior notice, though confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Fursone Textile and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the People’s Republic of China shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
