2. Yarn Development to Your Brief

Shrinkage
Target shrinkage of approx. 3–5%, with colour fastness to washing, rubbing and perspiration targeted at approx. grade 3–4 or above. Composition variation between batches is held to approx. ±2%.

What is the MOQ for custom fabric development?
Custom development starts at 300 meters per colour — or 300 meters per style. That volume is enough to build a complete sample range and test the market, while keeping your cost and risk under control. We are positioned to serve small brands, so a small order is the start of a long-term partnership, not a compromise. For lower volumes, our ready-stock programme starts from a single roll (approx. 20–50m).
How long does custom fabric development take?
Custom development takes 7–15 days for lab dips and a 50–100m production-run sample length, then 25–35 days for bulk production. A 15–20 day rush option is available for urgent programmes, subject to advance coordination of capacity and yarn; re-orders run 25–30 days.
Can you match Pantone colours?
Yes. We dye to Pantone or LAB values, confirmed through lab-dip approval before any bulk run. Each production batch is checked against your approved standard under consistent lighting, and archived dye recipes deliver approx. 95% similarity on every re-order.
