We buy raw materials directly in China — mainly from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai — and produce through a small group of selected specialist partner mills. Our own team stays on the job from yarn through weaving, dyeing and finishing to final inspection, packing and shipping. What we are actually good at is development: multi-colour blends, slub and textured effect yarns, and stripe effects worked up to your brief. We manage the yarn sourcing, the production process and the quality follow-up so that the development sample and the bulk match. Quality Standards & Testing
Every bulk run is followed by our own team and checked against test methods published by the Internationale Organisatie voor Standaardisatie — including ISO 12945-2 (pilling), ISO 105-C06 (colour fastness) and ISO 6330 (shrinkage). Product testing is arranged to your requirements and to the standards that apply in your market.

Ready stock: from one roll, roughly 20–50 metres. Custom: 300 metres per colour or per style. That quantity is enough to build a full sample collection and test the market while keeping cost and risk under control. Re-production of a discontinued bouclé tweed or slub design normally starts at 500 metres.

Yes — you get swatch and colour cards for style reference, but we never ask you to approve bulk from an A4 swatch alone. Before any bulk run we weave 50–100 metres of sample yardage on the same process as production, so you can judge weight, hand-feel and loft and make a real garment.
