100 m minimum on ready patterns – fastest way to test a program. Patterns ship from Wenzhou with 3-7 day dispatch for stocked items.
2. Custom Colorway
1,000 m minimum. Pantone-match any in-stock knit pattern to your brand palette – yarn-dyed to 98% accuracy with lab-dip approval.
3. Exclusive Development
1,000 m minimum. New weight, blend, gauge or finish developed exclusively for your brand, protected by NDA. Hand-loom sampling in 7-10 days.

What is the MOQ for knit fabric?
In-stock knit patterns start at 100 meters per color. Custom colorways and exclusive developments start at 1,000 meters. Stock programs are ideal for sampling the market before committing to custom production.
How do you control shrinkage in knits?
All knits are pre-shrunk to within ±3% before dispatch, and every production batch is wash-tested to confirm the tolerance. Full test data ships with your order.
Can you produce a custom jacquard pattern?
Yes. Choose from 40+ production-ready jacquard patterns, or develop an exclusive pattern at 1,000m minimum. Custom colorways on stock patterns are dyed to Pantone with 98% accuracy.
What stretch and recovery specs can I expect?
Performance knits are engineered with 4-way stretch and recovery for activewear and loungewear use. Tell us your garment’s recovery requirement and we match the construction – typical weights run 150-320 g/m².
Do you offer recycled or eco knits?
Yes. GRS-certifiable recycled knit programs are coordinated for 1,000m+ custom orders – verified claims only, with documentation your compliance team can audit.
How fast is knit sampling?
