Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Fursone Textile (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the fursone.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and our textile designs, patterns, and custom jacquard developments are our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

3. B2B Wholesale and Manufacturing Terms

Fursone Textile operates primarily as a B2B manufacturer and wholesaler. The following terms apply to orders placed with us:

• MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): In-stock items require a minimum order of 100 meters. Custom developments require a minimum of 1,000 meters.
• Sampling: A4 swatches are provided free of charge, but shipping costs are borne by the receiver unless otherwise agreed.
• Production Lead Times: Standard bulk production lead time is 25-35 days, subject to factory capacity and raw material availability at the time of order confirmation.
• Quality Tolerances: Minor variations in color (within Delta E 0.5) and weight (+/- 5%) are standard in textile manufacturing and are not grounds for rejection.

4. Payment and Shipping

We accept payment via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit) for bulk orders. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment, unless otherwise negotiated. Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, DDP) will be clearly stated in your proforma invoice. The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier under the agreed incoterms.

5. Return and Claim Policy

Claims for fabric defects or shortages must be made in writing within 15 days of receipt of the goods. We will not accept returns or claims after the fabric has been cut, dyed, or altered in any way by the buyer. Approved claims will be compensated via replacement fabric or credit note.

6. Modifications to the Site and Prices

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify prices for our fabrics and manufacturing services without prior notice, though confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Fursone Textile and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
